We are not a dental practice. We do not provide dental treatment, dental advice, or any clinical services. All treatment is provided by independent dental practices with whom you will enter into a separate contractual relationship.

3. Our Service

Our service is free of charge to you. When you submit a consultation request, we will:

• Review your enquiry and match you with a suitable, GDC-registered dental practice in Peterboroughor Berkshire
• Pass your name, email address and phone number to that practice
• The practice will then contact you directly to arrange your free initial consultation

We aim to match enquiries and have a practice contact you within 24 hours on business days. We cannot guarantee specific response times as these depend on the availability of our partner practices.

4. Eligibility

Our service is intended for adults aged 18 and over who are residents of or near Peterboroughand Berkshire. By submitting a consultation request, you confirm that:

5. Pricing Information

If you have a complaint about treatment received, this should be directed to the dental practice, and if unresolved, to the General Dental Council or the Dental Complaints Service.
